IML is a significantly Growing Technology, which involves the Label becoming an Integral Part of the Container, since the material of the Container & the Label is similar which helps in Molecular Bonding. IML has been traditionally used for packing Yellow Fat, Ice-cream and Yogurt. It is now venturing into packing of other Prepared Food Products. It is also used for customized Pails in Paint & Lubricant Industries as well as in Housewares, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, Electronics & Electrical Equipments, Pesticides, Furniture etc. many more for various kind of Products.
The Labels are charged by Static Charger and placed inside the Mould Manually or Robotically. In-mould Labelling combines Decoration and Manufacturing of Bottle or Container or any Plastic Product in one single process. Hence, IML is one of the Most Effective and Economical Product Decorating Processes in the long run.
